Pocinho Bay

Pocinho Bay is a boutique rural retreat on the south-west coast of Pico. 

Pocinho Bay is perfect for a relaxing honeymoon or restful anniversary trip, with six uniquely decorated double rooms. The decor is inspired by Pocinho’s original lavastone cottages – rooms have large beds, handmade from polished cedar, and luxurious furnishing to soften and compliment the hard-pointed Pico stone walls. For families, there are two rooms with connecting doors available; there’s also a larger suite with a separate lounge and sofa bed.

You can roam the thirteen-hectare gardens undisturbed – they’re dotted with seating areas and hammocks where you can while away the sunny days and balmy evenings. For ultimate privacy, there’s a two-bedroom luxury villa with it’s own ocean-view garden, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi.
