All of our clients receive a questionnaire to complete after their holiday and we are delighted that most people send them back with their comments, sometimes we even get 20 page holiday diaries attached! Naturally, we are really proud of the feedback we get from our clients – it not only means the business is healthy but it is hugely motivating for everyone in the office.
