Accommodation
Quinta da Santana offers ensuite twin and double rooms in the small chalets in the grounds but most of our guests stay in the one, two and three bedroom apartments set in the gardens. There are seven apartments each with living room, kitchenette, bathroom and twin/double bedrooms.

Description
This peaceful complex is set around the original farmhouse where Emanuela (the owner) and her family live. It was her inspiration to convert the extensive gardens into a rural retreat for guests and was one of the first examples of rural tourism on the island.
The extensive (2 hectares) gardens include fruit orchards, a large lawn, woods and an outdoor swimming pool (open May-October). Evening meals can be provided on request. Conveniently located, the Quinta is just 15km from Ponta Delgada and 8km from the Batalha golf course. Other facilities include a breakfast room, lounge, honesty bar in reception, games room and small children’s play area.
