The house is small and the layout is studiostyle with the bedroom separated from the living room by a screen. It has an openplan first floor which includes the kitchen, living room and bedroom. In addition to the double bed, there is a sofa that can be converted into two single beds.
The lower floor, the old storeroom for the house, has been converted into a spacious bathroom. Casa do Norte is equipped with all the electrical appliances necessary such as a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, TV and CD player, among others. The house also has a telephone installed.
