This is our last guided walking holiday with availability so join us if you can for our 11 night trip visiting 4 of the Azores most beautiful islands. You’ll witness secluded lagoons as you walk from fajã to fajã, view magnificent panoramas from the slopes of Mt Pico, sense the tranquillity that surrounds the great crater lakes and see the moonscape result of the Azores’ most recent eruption. You’ll be staying in comfortable hotels and walks are gently paced and are between 10 and 18km.

Cape Verde scenery is reminiscent of the Himalayan foothills and the High Atlas in Morocco and offers some truly dramatic walking. So escape the British winter to a dry mid twenties climate and take advantage of the guided walks we offer on Santo Antão, Fogo, São Nicolau, Brava and Santiago. Climb Mt Fogo (2829m) and scree run down it, walk through the dramatic Ribeira Grande resembling a mini Rift Valley, and follow the mountain paths between precarious villages and their grogue (cane alcohol) distilleries. If you’ve still got some energy left, we can always add in canyoning trips, mountain biking adventures, jeep tours….
