Ponta Garca walk	7km – 2.5 hours	Grade 1
South East coast walk	12km – 2-3 hours	Grade 2
Sete Cidades walk	10km – 3.5-4 hours	Grade 2
Fire lake walk	7km – 3 hours	Grade 2

Walk Grades

Grade 1	Easy walking on generally flat or downhill farm lanes or paths.
Grade 2	Moderate walks on mainly flat routes although some uphill stretches.  Terrain will be tricky at times; narrow, rocky paths up to 1000m asl.
Grade 3	Strenuous walking along often tricky terrain.  Experience of hill walking necessary.
